Treviso Radicchio with Lemon-Garlic dressing and Romano Cheese

3 bunches Treviso Radicchio (longer, straighter leaves than regular radicchio)
Shaved Romano cheese to taste
Juice of 2-5 meyer lemons
3 cloves garlic
4 T Olive oil

Press garlic with a garlic press, and combine with lemon juice and olive oil (amounts are approximate--feel free to adjust to taste). Toss Radicchio leaves with dressing. Place them whole on plate in a decorative manner, layered with shaved romano cheese (use a vegetable peeler to shave cheese).
