
1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
1 lb baby carrots
Salt and pepper
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Steam broccoli and cauliflower in a large pot until fork tender, about 7-10 minutes. Remove, drain and set aside. Steam carrots until fork tender, 15 minutes, and drain. Mix all vegetables in a serving bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
