Lenivy Vatrushki (Cheese Tartlets)

5 tb sour cream
1 egg
100 g butter
3 ts honey
1/2 ts baking powder
3 cup flour

Filling:
Cottage cheese mixed with 1 egg, sugar or honey to taste for filling

Convert measurements to metric

Warm butter on low heat and stir all ingredients up. Make sausage-like bar of dough and slice it in 10 parts. From each part, make a small ball. Squeeze a ball and make a small deepening in it. Put some cottage cheese mix into balls. Bake vatrushki in a stove until light golden.
