Heat two tablespoons olive oil. Saute one chopped onion and four or five minced cloves of garlic until the onion is soft. Add one bunch of de-stemmed, chopped kale, and saute for longer than you think, maybe seven minutes, until the kale stops smelling grassy and begins to smell sweet. Stir constantly. That's it!
