French Green Bean Salad

Use long string French green beans. Cut them with a scissors in small portions. Steamed the beans for 20 minutes. Put the beans in a deep bowl.

Prepare the dressing:
1/2 cup of olive oil
mustard 1 spoon
1/4 of balsamic vinegar
Provence herbs one spoon
1/4 of water
two squeeze lemons

Dissolve everything and splash it to the beans and ready to serve.

Serves: 6
