Two bunches of fresh Spinach, washed really well, cut the leaves. Put the olive oil in a fry pan Garlic crush and cut them well three or four pieces of garlic. Put the spinach and sauté until is soft. Dash of salt and pepper. Add some four spoons of vinegar balsamic. Then add one can of Garbanzo and mix everything. Put it in a plate and ready to eat.
