Small red potatoes, 1-2 inches in diameter
Olive oil
Sour cream
Caviar
Roast whole red potatoes in a small amount to olive oil at 400 degrees until tender, about 45 minutes. Cool. Cut in half, top with a dollop of sour cream and a small amount of caviar.
