Beet Salad

beet salad

One pound of red beets, boil and cut them squares
10 oz. frozen peas
small can of mandarin oranges, drained (optional)
1/4 of a cup of plain yogurt
two spoons of sour cream
dill weed, a pinch

Leave in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour before serving
