1 or two cups of Couscous depends on how many guests you are going to have. boil in hot water for 15 minutes add frozen sweet peas and carrots add chicken stock or vegetarian stock and ready to serve you can add olive oil and lemon drops add Feta cheese cut in small cubes and one tomato to enhance flavor.
