1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp curry powder
2 6oz cans water packed tuna
4 oz Neufchatel cheese
1/2 cup soft whole whate bread crumbs
1 egg/beaten
1 tbsp. minced onion
1-11/4 tsp curry powder
1/2 - 1 cup crushed cornflakes
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey and 1/2 tsp curry powder in small bowl; mix well. Chill, covered, until serving time. Rinse tuna with cold water in colander; drain well. Beat cheese in mixer bowl at high speed until light and fluffy. Add tuna, bread crumbs, egg, onion and rest of curry powder, mix gently. Shape by teaspoonfuls into balls. Roll in crushed cornflakes. Place on baking sheets sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with chilled mustard sauce.
