Beef Enchiladas

1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. refried beans
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/3 cup taco sauce or salsa
1 cup chopped olives
1 large can enchilada sauce
12 tortillas
3 cups shredded cheese (I use Monterey Jack and Cheddar)

Sauté beef with onion. Add beans, salt, garlic powder, taco sauce, and olives. Heat thoroughly. Pour some enchilada sauce into the bottom of a shallow pan. Fill tortillas and roll. Place in sauce in baking pan. Pour remaining sauce over rolled tortillas and cover with cheese. Bake at 350F until heated and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
