Double Egg Tart

Buy the dough for pies or if you an expert you can make your own.

Blend six eggs add one spoon of vanilla one cup of sugar one can of evaporated milk and one cup of normal milk blended together is not too thick at all and put it in the pie dough.

If you have left over just put it in small container to do more filling for small tarts.

All in the oven for for 45 minutes in 375 degrees. Wait until is thick and try with a knife to see that is all cooked. Wait until is cold and put in the refrigerator for eight hours before you serve.

Is delicious and you can almond syrup for more flavor when you blended with the eggs.
