1 whole chicken
6 lemons
pinch of salt and pepper
Wash the chicken. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put salt and herbs of Provence to your taste and lemon.
Leave roasting for about 30 to 45 minutes put the chicken in a nice plate; decorate with rosemary that will give more taste and squeeze more lemons. Serves 4 depending on the size of the chicken.
