1 c milk
1/4 c margarine
1/2 t salt
dash pepper
1 c flour
4 eggs
1 c shredded swiss cheese
Heat milk and butter in a saucepan. Add salt and pepper. Bring to a full boil and add the flour all at once. Stir like crazy over medium heat for 2 minutes or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat and beat in eggs 1 at a time until smooth and well combined (hard labor). Beat in 1/2 c chesse. With a spoon scoop large glops onto a greased cookie sheet, leaving enough batter to spoon a smaller second glop on top to make the rolls round. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake on center shelf of a 375 degree oven for 55 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
