Feb 23, 2013. Lucky 13! Epicureaders celebrates 13 years together. We'll raise a glass or two of champagne at our February meeting to celebrate our friendship. We have so much to look forward to in the coming years. Here's to us! |

Jan 2013. This month's featured recipe, Quiche Lorraine is an Epicureaders favorite made by Julieta. Salty bacon, silky eggs, and savory cheese make this dish a savory delight. We are always thrilled when Julieta brings this luscious dish. |
Dec 2012. The perfect man, the gingerbread man, was the theme of our Christmas party and ginger was featured in many of the dishes of our dinner. The best use of ginger goes to this month's featured recipe, the Ginger Cosmopolitan made by Margo. |
Oct 2012. This month's featured dish by Kelly is Artichokes & Zesty Dip. The dip was deliciously creamy with a spike of lemon zest and fresh black pepper. Kelly made this dish for the October 2012 meeting. |
Sep 2012. It was inevitable that we would try a recipe called The Pink Cake. Lena was sceptical that the taste would match the amount of work (in mashing and straining raspberries, and heating egg whites), but it was a lovely, delicious cake. |
Aug 2012. We are featuring two spectacular dishes - both simple and satisfying. Heather's tender Roasted Trout, and Kelly's Roasted Potatoes with Patates Bravas Sauce. The full flavor of Kelly's sauce paired beautifully with the delicate trout. |
