 January 2012. This month's featured recipe is Green Beans with Pomegranate Vinaigrette prepared by Heather for the November 2011 meeting. Contrasting vibrant green and red were stunning, and crunchy seeds added delicious texture. |

| December 2011. Stacey's crudites platter was beautiful with red and orange baby carrots, vibrant green persian cucumbers, yellow and red red peppers, and round red radishes. The creamy balsamic vinegar dipping sauce was a perfect complement. |

| November 2011. Another cocktail is this month's featured recipe -- The Bees Knees was mixed up by Kelly for the November 2011 meeting. It had the perfect blend of sweet rich honey and lemon with a beautiful lavendar blossom on top. Exquisite! |
