 July 2010. This month's featured recipe made by Heather is Olive Oil Chicken Confit with Anchovy-Parmesan Dressing. The Chicken is immersed in olive oil and cooked slowly at low temperature resulting in meat succulent and rich in flavor. |

| June 2010. This month's featured recipe, Onion Tortilla made by Julieta is an Epicureaders favorite. Julieta pairs this dish of her homeland Spain with her equally delicious Olive Tortilla with plump green olives bursting from the top. |

| May 2010. This month's featured recipe, Brown Butter Raspberry Tart made by Lena is perfect for a summer party. The rich butter filling balances the tangy raspberries. The no-roll crust is the simplest dough to make - just press it into place. |
